Randy J. Melchior
President
For the past 30 years, Randy Melchior has been active in all facets of the real estate and development industry. Initially apprenticing on site, Randy developed an appreciation for the construction process. This construction experience has proven invaluable as Randy practices his specialty of site acquisition and development taking the raw land, obtaining all municipal requirements so as to move the development through to and pre-construction. An example of the co-mingling of construction and development skills was evidenced by the conversion/retrofit of an existing commercial office building at 984 Bay Street to a Medical Building.


Matthew J. Melchior, B.A., G.D.P.A.
Vice President
Matthew Melchior enthusiastically joined the family business in 1992 after spending time in various divisions of the Ramland Organization. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario with a Bachelor of Arts (Economics) followed by a Graduate Diploma in Public Accountancy from McGill University. Matthew is Vice President and directs his energies to all financing requirement of the Group. He is also part of the new business development team.


S. (Bob) Cvijovic, P. Eng.
Operations Manager
Having participated in the design and engineering of various projects in Western Europe, Bob Cvijovic immigrated to Canada in 1975. He has been directly involved in the construction of in excess of 2,500 residential apartment units in various forms of tenure from co-op through to luxury condominiums. In addition to residential construction, he participated in the construction of more than 1,000,000 sq. ft. of commercial/institutional developments including office towers, churches, and schools. Bob has been a member of the Association of Professional Engineers since 1976. Bob has worked within the Ramland Group since 1986.


Ron Lecompte, C.A.
Controller
Ron Lecompte obtained his Chartered Accountant designation from McGill University in 1975, and shortly thereafter entered the residential real estate development industry with a family company in Montreal. In 1980, Ron started with Fidinam Canada Limited a large international real estate developer with a large residential, commercial, and hotel portfolio. Over the years Ron has experienced all aspects of Accounting, Finance, and Administration in his various positions. He joined the Ramland Group of Companies in the summer of 2001.


Daniel Fish, C.E.T.
Senior Project Manager
Daniel Fish joined the firm in spring 2002 after having spent more than two decades working in all aspects of the design, development & construction industries. Dan has an extensive background in the provision of non-profit housing and long-term care facilities in addition to commercial, industrial and hi-rise residential experience. Dan also brings local & international contract management experience to the group through his endeavors overseas as a Senior Contracts Manager. Dan has been a member of the Ontario Association of Engineering Technicians & Technologists since 1982 and is a qualified Arbitrator.


Neil Summerfield, Ma. of Arch-Eng.
Senior Project Manager
Neil Summerfield has been raised in various disciplines of the construction industry for over 35 years. Apprenticing on numerous work sites , graduated with a Masters Degree in Architectural-Engineering and awarded the Ontario Gold Seal Achievement in 2007. Has been a project manager responsible for the tendering and completion of numerous projects such as; schools, recreational centers, churches, automotive plants ,power generation plants, commercial highrise and vast expansions to Ontario casinos. Neil joined the Coram Construction Group in 2008 and is actively involved as a senior project manager.
