Located in the heart of Kanata, Ontario, on the outskirts of the City of Ottawa, the Royalton Retirement Residence (Kanata) is the newest project in a chain of luxury retirement residences. With 150 suites in the Phase 1 of construction, each suite offers its residents a spacious home with every amenity one could imagine including an indoor pool, indoor parking, spa, salon, full bar and billiards hall.

The exterior has the feeling of an upscale hotel with a red and cream brick façade, an abundance of glazing and shingled mansard roofs. The grounds are fully landscaped with a putting green, gazebo, games area, pond and exterior dinning terrace, allowing the resident to not only enjoy the interior but the exterior as well.

The Royalton Retirement Residence (Kanata) is scheduled to open to the public in Fall of 2008.
