Located in the North end of London, Ontario, The Royalton Retirement Residence (London) continues the line of luxury retirement residences.

Phase 1 of construction consists of a 7-storey tower filled with every amenity one could desire from an indoor pool, gym, underground parking, spa, salon, full bar, billiards room and a greenhouse.

The Exterior is a beautiful assembly of stone, glass and brick. The Royalton Retirement Residence (London) is fully landscaped with an abundance of exterior seating and elaborate walking trails, allowing the residents to not only enjoy the interior but the exterior as well.

The Royalton Retirement Residence (London) is scheduled to be open to the public in 2009.
