New construction in the City of Kingston, Ontario; the Royalton Retirement Residence has found its new home on Princess Street within walking distance to the Cataraqui Town Centre.

The Royalton gives the feeling of a luxurious hotel containing 136 suites within its 140,000 sq. ft. Designed to pamper each resident , The Royalton will contain a full bar, dining and private dining areas, complete spa with indoor swimming pool, billiard hall, salon, library, media room, gym and activity spaces.

The fully landscaped exterior grounds of the Royalton are as extensive as the interior with views of the adjacent ravine and containing putting greens, gazeboes and a winding walking path. The Royalton Retirement Residence will be constructed with poured concrete and clad with a brick and stucco façade. The Royalton Retirement Residence is scheduled to be open to the public in 2008.
